Mary Rose - Brazil Guaxupe premium coffee beans 200 g
Mary Rose – Brazilian coffee that will delight every palate!
Brazil , where Mary Rose coffee comes from, ranks first in the ranking of world coffee producers. Annually, as much as 3.5 million tons of coffee are produced there! Thanks to the cooperation of the Mary Rose brand with small Brazilian entrepreneurs, it was possible to introduce to the market - and also to the offer of our store - specialty quality coffee (SSFC - Strictly Soft Fine Cup ). Mary Rose coffees are therefore of high quality, created from specially selected coffee beans, grown on plantations cultivated by masters in their profession, who know the secrets of coffee cultivation and know perfectly well how to extract from the plants what is most valuable in them. Coffee beans are subjected to natural processing - they are dried without the use of water, in the sun. They are roasted in a small, local coffee roastery, located in a town near Lublin - Świdnik, according to an innovative and extremely universal method, called omniroast . This allows you to prepare the infusion in any way you like - both using professional equipment, at home, or using alternative methods.

How is Mary Rose coffee made?
Step 1: Mary Rose coffee is grown on Brazilian plantations . The coffee cherries are hand-picked by growers and carefully selected . The sun-dried cherries are turned into green, raw beans , which then set off on a long journey to eventually reach the roastery .
Step 2: Small portions of coffee are roasted in a special oven , where the temperature reaches up to 250 °C! The beans rotate in the machine and burst under the influence of high temperature - this moment is the so-called crack . They roast for a few minutes . The small scale of production is reflected in the high quality of coffee, which is created under the Mary Rose brand.
Step 3: While the coffee is roasting, the roaster waits for the right moment to remove the coffee beans from the roaster, checking their roast level every few moments.
Step 4: The coffee is poured out through a special door into a rotating drum - a mixer, equipped with arms that distribute the beans evenly. In this way, they are cooled and the coffee roasting process is stopped .
Step 5: The finished Mary Rose coffee beans are packed in special packaging that preserves its unique aromatic and flavor qualities for longer . Then the finished coffee bag hits your kitchen shelf!
