Mary Rose - Coffee beans Colombia Medellin premium 200 g
Mary Rose – coffee that will delight every palate!
Mary Rose coffees come from the best plantations located in different corners of the world , including Brazil, which ranks first in the ranking of world coffee producers, but also in Colombia, Mexico, India, Costa Rica, Uganda and others. Thanks to the cooperation of the Mary Rose brand with small entrepreneurs, it was possible to introduce to the market - and also to the offer of our store - specialty quality coffee. Mary Rose coffees are therefore of high quality, created from specially selected coffee beans, grown on plantations cultivated by masters in their profession, who know the secrets of coffee cultivation and know perfectly well how to extract from the plants what is most valuable in them. Coffee beans are subjected to natural processing - they are dried without the use of water, in the sun or wet - using water, during which raw coffee beans are subjected to the fermentation process. The beans are roasted in a small, local coffee roastery , located in Świdnik near Lublin, using an innovative and extremely versatile method called omniroast . This allows you to prepare the infusion in any way you like - both using professional equipment, at home, or using alternative methods.
Coffee beans Mary Rose Colombia Medellin
"Colombia's Gold" - this is how coffee is called in this country, and it is not an exaggeration. Colombia, after Brazil, ranks second in the world ranking of Arabica producers. Colombian coffee is known for its high quality, and the best beans from which the black drink is made grow in the subtropical climate around the city of Medellín.
Mountainous terrain in the heart of the Andes, rich in fertile soils of volcanic origin, the right dose of sun, thanks to the altitude of 1100-1500 meters above sea level and a humid, sultry climate, associated with the proximity of the equator and the presence of monsoon winds - all these factors have a great impact on the quality of the beans that fall into the package of Mary Rose Colombia Medellin coffee. Large beans, referred to as "Excelso" , are processed "wet" , which also has a significant impact on their quality, structure and ultimately the taste of the brew. Colombian Mary Rose coffee is characterized by a sweet and sour taste, with delicately noticeable accents of caramel, chocolate, red currant and orange .

How is Mary Rose coffee made?
Step 1: Mary Rose coffee is grown on small, local plantations run by small entrepreneurs in different regions of the world. The coffee cherries are hand-picked by the growers and carefully selected . From the sun-dried cherries, green, raw beans are extracted, which set off on a long journey and eventually reach the roastery .
Step 2: Small portions of coffee are roasted in a special oven , where the temperature reaches up to 250 °C! The beans rotate in the machine and burst under the influence of high temperature - this moment is the so-called crack . They roast for a few minutes . The small scale of production is reflected in the high quality of coffee, which is created under the Mary Rose brand.
Step 3: While the coffee is roasting, the master roaster, or roaster , waits for the right moment to remove the coffee beans from the roaster, checking their roast level every few moments.
Step 4: The coffee is poured out through a special door into a rotating drum - a mixer, equipped with arms that distribute the beans evenly. In this way, they are cooled and the coffee roasting process is stopped .
Step 5: The finished Mary Rose coffee beans are packed in special packaging that preserves its unique aromatic and flavor qualities for longer . Then the finished coffee bag hits your kitchen shelf!
